Then grab your pen and take part in this national writing competition!

Black Fountain Press is a Luxembourgish house for literature in English. Their aim is "to provide a platform for writers who choose to express themselves in English rather than in the traditional languages of Luxembourg." This year, they are organising a writing competition. The conditions to take part are the following:

• Age category: 16-19

• Genre: short fiction, short stories, flash fiction, minute stories, poems, lyrics

• Language: English

• Word limit: 3000

• Entries: until 28 January 2018 (the winners will be announced on 28 March 2018)

• First prize: 200 euros Second prize: 100 euros

• Best entries: presented and celebrated at a public reading.
